Is there somewhere to store buggies?

Yes, we have buggy sheds where you can safely leave the pushchairs while your child is at the nursery.

What hours should my child attend?

We recommend children arrive by 9am and stay until 4-5pm to benefit from all the activities, though there are no strict required times.

What are your staff-to-child ratios?

We follow the required Ofsted ratios: 1:3 for under twos, 1:5 for two to three year olds, and 1:8 above.

What are nap times like?

Children nap between noon and 2-2.30pm, with younger babies following the same nap and feed times as at home.

How often are nappies changed?

Nappies are changed according to each child's individual needs.

How will I know what my child did during the day?

Parents receive all important information on nappy changes, food, activities and nap times daily via our parents app at 6pm.

Do children go outside every day?

They go to the garden twice a day.

Do children go on outings?

Yes, our above-twos groups go to the park or local community weekly.

Do you organise any special visits?

Throughout the year we organise visits for older children, such as to the fire station, police station or the farm.

Are there extra classes available?

Yes, we have dance, football or yoga weekly classes organised, depending on the nursery.

How are fees paid?

Fees are paid monthly based on 51 weeks a year and continue during sickness or holidays, though discounts are available if a child is away for more than four open weeks.

When is the deposit returned?

The deposit is paid back in the final month of your child's time at the nursery.

Do you offer full-time and part-time places?

Yes, we offer both; full details are available in our Brochure.

Do you accept childcare vouchers?

Yes, we accept childcare vouchers and work with programmes such as Enjoy Benefit; please contact the nursery manager for details.

Are meals prepared on site?

Yes, our chefs prepare nutritious meals onsite with fresh food, adapting to all dietary requirements.

Can you cater for religious or medical diets?

Yes, we accept any religious or medical dietary requirements.

How do you introduce new foods to babies?

We work with parents to ensure children only eat what has been introduced at home, and our chefs prepare homemade purees for babies.
